In fashion photography and advertising, Hi won the Lux gold AFP Award in 1996 in the fashion category, beginning to work for Vogue Spain, Hi make a large amount of catalogues and campaigns. Awarded with the Lux 1998 in the portrait category and Lux gold 2003 in the fashion category. In 2004 hi won the Lux gold in the nude category.
Campaigns made for Samsung, Sony, Suárez, Chrysler, Opel, Inditex, Zara, Lycra, Dupont and recently for Pronovias and Unilever. Joan Alsina works for main fashion magazines, as El Mundo and the russian edition of wolrd-known Marie Claire. He has photographed many celebrities, including Noemi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Alek Wek, Giorgio Armani, Louis Hamilton, Esther Cañadas and Isabel Presley. His work has been showed in top galleries like Reina Sofia, IVAM, Galeria Alzueta and N2.
