Amila Hrustić is a young product designer based in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) that, despite her brief online portfolio, has captured the fashionist media attention thanks to her Plato’s collection. Inspired by the ideas from the philosopher who shares its name, the collection is a series of five unique handcrafted dresses made combining textiles with polygonal paper structures (five dresses, five different polygons). The result is impressive for its elegance combined with the particular conception of sculpture. We detect the particular taste of Hrustić by moving into the fashion field in other projects as her hanger design or her T-shirt collection.
